As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the technical lead responsible for the data foundations that drive product evolution. This is a high-impact role where you will establish the single source of truth for “North Star” metrics, enabling critical insights for highly complex product areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable data models using dbt and Snowflake.
- Architect Looker structures that empower stakeholders across the organization to self-serve analytics.
- Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to shape product strategy and tracking metrics.
- Own the lifecycle of data products, ensuring they are documented, tested, and high-performing.
- Define and champion data warehouse governance, including coding best practices and peer reviews.
- Drive the evolution of analytics engineering workflows and internal platforms.
- Mentor team members and elevate the technical bar for the wider analytics community.
- Solve complex data quality issues by implementing rigorous automated testing and monitoring.
What They’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience as a senior contributor in data, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
- Advanced expertise in data modeling and warehousing within large-scale environments.
- Mastery of SQL and deep experience with modern transformation frameworks like dbt.
- Strong command of the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with modern cloud stacks, specifically Snowflake and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- The ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Nice to Have
- Specialized experience in product, finance, or customer analytics at scale.
- Experience improving internal engineering platforms or developer experience tools.
