Lead FPGA Engineer – DSP / SDR

Bristol based – Hybrid working. Up to £110,00 + Equity + Profit‑Related Bonus + Private Medical & Dental.

Unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech team based in Bristol. Seeking an FPGA Engineer with potential leadership capabilities.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with FPGA design (VHDL / Verilog)
• Exposure to DSP implementation
• Experience with Xilinx RFSoC and/or Software Defined Radio (SDR)
• Confident taking ownership of problems from concept through to implementation
• A proactive, self‑starting mindset – someone who sees issues and fixes them
