Thisis a unique opportunity for an experienced and highly professional and diligentPrivatePersonal Assistant to support an UHNW Principal with all day-to-daysupport, liaising across all office, household and project teams, contributingto the efficient running of all areas of her life and business and privateprojects.This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to be responsive beyond standard office hours
Location: Mayfair, with some international travel
Salary: Generous salary package, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Assistingthe principal with the management of various residences in London, US andelsewhere
- Calendarmanagement, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, andtravel plans.
- Maintaindirectory of contacts
- Note-takingduring meetings, following up on actions and reminders.
- Handlingad hoc errands, including personal shopping and task coordination.
- Managingcorrespondence and liaising with household staff and external vendors asneeded.
- Gatekeeper,first point of contact, and ‘eyes-and-ears’ for the principal
- Overseeingfront of house team in Family Office
- Coordinatingboth personal and professional travel arrangements, including visaapplications etc
- Supportingthe Principal in managing their time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Project Support:
- Assistthe teams managing complex residential renovation projects fromplanning to completion.
- Trackand monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinatewith architects, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring seamlesscommunication.
- Set upand manage trade accounts.
- Preparedetailed meeting minutes and action item lists during project meetings.
- Conductresearch, gather quotations, and analyze costs to assist indecision-making.
- Maintainmeticulous records of all project documents, including contracts, permits,and plans.
- Createand update project schedules and progress reports for the Principal.
- Overseeprocurement and logistics for materials, furnishings, and equipment.
- Managecorrespondence and resolve queries related to ongoing projects.
Candidates must be / have:
- StrongPrivate PA experience working within large family office / household teams,ideally with some previous exposure to high-end projects such as residentialrenovationsoryacht refits.
- Exceptionalorganizational skills and attention to detail.
- Havecommon sense and initiative.
- Beself-motivated and disciplined to work proactively and with autonomy.
- Abilityto handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Strongmultitasking ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Aflexible and committed approach, to work to different timezones asnecessary and be responsive outside of standard office hours
- Aproactive, problem-solving attitude with a high degree of professionalism.
