Lead Dental Nurse – Boston, Lincolnshire (Full Time)

MBR Dental are delighted to be supporting a fully private dental practice in Boston, Lincolnshire in their search for a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and professional practice where patient care is at the heart of everything they do.

What’s on offer:

• Start date available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
• Full-time role – 38.75 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
• Competitive hourly rate of £14–£15, depending on experience
• Core CPD costs covered
• On-site parking available

About the role:

• Providing chairside assistance and excellent patient care
• Supporting infection control and decontamination procedures
• Maintaining equipment and clinical standards
• Leading and mentoring fellow nurses
• Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements
• Managing stock and working closely with the Practice Manager to keep everything running smoothly

About the practice:

• Independent, fully private practice
• Modern, 2-surgery clinic using Carestream Sensei software
• Offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, implants, facial aesthetics, and sedation

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse
• GDC registered with a valid DBS
• A positive, team-focused attitude with strong leadership skills
