Responsibilities

• Managing a small team to lead Trustee relationships and act as representative at Board meetings.
• Spin a lot of plates, be adaptable, with good time management.
• Manage difficult discussions and challenging conversations.
• Inspire and lead with strong interpersonal skills, dealing with very senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pensions expert with detailed experience of occupational pension schemes and honed client relationship skills.
• Pension consulting expert (FIA or PMI) with experience or interest in CDC and Superfund.
