Disputes Associate / Senior Associate - can be based in any of our East Anglian Offices

We’re seeking a talented and committed Dispute Resolution Associate to join our highly ranked team (Legal 500 and Chambers UK). This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑quality, complex matters within a supportive and ambitious department.

About the role

You’ll be involved in a mix of large and/or complex disputes while also managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise.

You’ll gain exposure to matters including:

• Contractual advice and disputes
• Professional negligence claims

What We’re Looking For

• At least five years' PQE
• Strong academic background
• Solid technical skills, or a commitment to developing them from a strong foundation
• A genuine passion for client service
• An interest in problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• A flexible, team‑orientated approach
