Job Description / 業務について
PayPay Securities, as an important part of PayPay’s financial ecosystem, has launched “Point Management” with over 20 million users and “PayPay Asset Management”, the first initiative in Japan that enables asset management on a payment application.
Now that the business foundation of the financial ecosystem is finally in place, we intend to expand our business to change the structure of asset management in Japan, with the main target being those who have not yet started asset management or were not interested in it before.
As a Product Manager, you will be collaborating with engineers, designers and QAs, and work in an environment where you can be one of the founding members to build up a new organization within PayPay Securities.

Responsibilities / 主な担当業務
- Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team.
- Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision of PayPay Securities.
- Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them.
- Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it.
- 明確かつ簡潔なPRDを作成し、デザインチーム、エンジニアチーム、QAチームなどの様々なステークホルダーと協業します。
- PayPay証券のプロダクトビジョンを見据え、日々のプロダクト開発サイクルを円滑に管理、実行します。
- 前例に捉われず、アイデアをタイムリーにプロダクトに反映するための推進をします。
- 社内のステークホルダーと協力し、ユーザーの課題を理解し、課題を解決するための計画と実行をします。
- ユーザー体験を深く理解し、継続的改善を繰り返すための指標を特定します。
Qualifications / 必要なスキル・経験
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience in an Internet/web company or an equivalent role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or at least 3 years of technical experience.
- Business level in Japanese is required (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1). English language skills are desirable.
- インターネット企業での少なくとも3年間のプロダクトマネジメント経験、または同等の職務経験。
- 日本語(母国語レベルまたは日本語能力試験N1相当)
- 英語に苦手意識がないこと(業務において必要であれば通訳を介します)
Preferred Qualifications / あると望ましいスキル・経験
- Product Management experience in the financial domain.
- 金融領域でのプロダクトマネジメント経験。
- 英語 (ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル)

Employment Status
- Full Time
Office Location
- Hybrid Workstyle (flexible working style including Remote and office). There are no fixed rules regarding office attendance in Product group; it depends on each individual’s discretion.
Work Hours
- Super Flex Time (No Core Time)
- In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
Holidays
- Every Sat/Sun/National holidays (In Japan)
- Summer break (2 days / generally taken between July 1st and September 30th / subject to change depending on month of employment)
- Year-end and New Year holidays (12/31-1/3)
Paid Leave
- Annual paid leave (1 to 10 days depending on the month of joining will be granted upon employment date)
Salary
- Annual salary paid in 12 installments (monthly)
- Based on skills, experience and abilities
- Review once a year
