The Role:

• The Top 100 firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their flourishing City of London office.
• The firm has a strong reputation for Real Estate Finance work.
• You will deal with a broad Property Finance caseload which will include: Facility agreements, Debt finance, subordination/intercreditor agreements and ancillary paperwork, Development finance and Mezzanine finance. They charge well for the work they do and believe in providing fee earners with manageable caseloads.
• You will have full support from fee earners and paralegal.
• Pathway to Equity Partnership.

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Partner.
• You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
