The Role & Responsibilities

As Assistant Head Teacher, you will support the vision and strategic focus to enhance the education of all pupils and will lead in areas such as safeguarding, curriculum development, systems and procedures, timetabling, monitoring standards and teacher effectiveness, tracking and analysis of results/data, behaviour management, external relations and community links, staff development, training and induction. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the school and help establish a culture that is both nurturing and rigorous.
