Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its established People team based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to partner closely with managers and employees, delivering practical and commercially focused people solutions. The role offers strong exposure across a broad range of HR activities, supporting both operational delivery and wider people initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, operational HR advice to managers in line with company policies and employment legislation
  • Support employees with guidance on HR processes, policies, and workplace matters
  • Partner with senior HR stakeholders to support the delivery of people strategies and business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives
  • Support the delivery of HR and business projects across the organisation
  • Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Deliver end-to-end HR advisory support across areas such as performance management, employee relations, and compensation
  • Escalate complex issues where appropriate and ensure consistent HR best practice
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptable and flexible in a changing business environment
