Human Resources Director – Greenville City Schools

260-Day Administrative Contract.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Valid Ohio Administrative License (e.g., Principal, Administrative Specialist, or Superintendent License) issued by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of successful administrative experience, preferably in a school district setting
  • Satisfactory criminal background check in accordance with Ohio law
  • Prior relevant experience is preferable
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
