The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Retail & Operations team at CVUK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong retail background who is looking to move into a fast‑paced, client‑facing role within a recruitment agency environment. You will play a key role in driving both delivery and business growth – partnering with existing clients while also developing new relationships and opportunities across direct‑to‑consumer markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes across retail and operations roles
• Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
• Proactively developing new business opportunities and building your own client portfolio
• Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
• Sourcing, attracting, and engaging top retail talent
• Advising clients on market trends, talent insights, and hiring strategies
• Delivering against commercial targets and contributing to team growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in retail (essential) – you understand store environments inside out
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous, but not essential
• Commercial mindset with a natural ability to build relationships
• Confidence in business development and client‑facing activities
• Highly driven, proactive, and results‑oriented
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
