We are a dynamic and growing organisation looking to expand our HR team. As an HR Administrator focusing on recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent candidate experience.

As an HR Administrator – Recruitment, you will:

  • Administer the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting, reviewing CVs and application forms.
  • Organise and schedule interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics, reporting on key performance indicators to support recruitment strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
