The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Management Accountant to join the Belfast-based finance team, working closely with the Senior Finance Team and Head of Finance. This is a broad, hands-on position offering genuine exposure across the business and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to key financial and commercial decisions. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and management reporting packs Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, alongside wider financial analysis and decision support Assisting with statutory accounts preparation and year-end audit requirements Identifying and implementing improvements to finance systems, controls, and processes Driving efficiencies and supporting wider commercial initiatives across the business Involvement in ad hoc finance projects and business-critical assignments Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or QBE Advanced Excel Excellent attention to detail For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with James McKenna @ HIREIQ for a confidential chat.
