- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans and learning activities
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, and communicating any concerns or successes to the teaching staff
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students
- Collaborating with the teaching team to implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
