What you’ll be working on:

• Building and scaling core AI-powered systems in a high-performance, high-stakes environment
• Owning meaningful pieces of infrastructure, tooling, or product from day one
• Solving genuinely hard engineering problems alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry
• Shipping fast – this is a high-velocity team that moves with purpose

What they’re looking for:

• Exceptional software engineers – language agnostic, but you’re fluent in at least one
• Background from any of: top-tier trading firms, hedge funds, HFT, Tier-1 IBs, FAANG/Big Tech, or defence
• Olympiad medallists, ICPC finalists, Putnam Fellows, or top CompSci graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Someone who thrives on hard problems, moves fast, and takes ownership instinctively
• No finance experience needed – elite engineering xwzovoh talent is the only prerequisite
