The Role
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients
- Manage client flow, queues, and appointments in a high-traffic luxury setting
- Act as the first point of contact, representing the boutique with poise and confidence
- Support sales teams by ensuring clients are directed and attended to efficiently
- Maintain a calm, polished front of house during peak periods
- Uphold impeccable presentation and service standards at all times
The Profile
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end hospitality
- Strong presence, articulate communication, and natural warmth
- Immaculate grooming and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed, discreet, and professional under pressure
