Cornwall – Associate / Principal (Growth Role) Location: Cornwall Salary: * Associate: �60,000+ (DOE) + discretionary bonus & benefits * Principal: �50,000+ (DOE) + discretionary bonus & benefits About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Associate or Principal to join our growing Cornwall team. This is a key growth hire, created to strengthen the team structure and support ongoing business expansion. The current team consists of a Partner and two Principals (with one currently on maternity leave). This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a position that bridges senior leadership and delivery, with a strong focus on business development and client engagement.
