Your Journey
As an Associate, you will be trained to master every stage of the recruitment ecosystem:
1. Business Development (The Strategic Sales Side)
- Market Intelligence: Learning how to map out industries and identify “hiring triggers” within global firms.
- Consultative Outreach: Engaging with Directors and CEOs to pitch our services and secure new business partnerships.
- Client Management: Building long-term, high-value relationships through face-to-face meetings and industry networking.
2. Candidate Sourcing (The Talent Specialist Side)
- Headhunting: Mastering our Digital AI native platform that is going to create waves in the market. As well as utilising our advanced search techniques to find the “hidden” 20% of talent.
- Vetting & Assessment: Conducting in-depth interviews to ensure candidates possess both the technical skill and the cultural fit.
- Brand Building: Crafting high-impact job adverts and social media content to attract top-tier professionals.
3. The “Deal” (The Negotiation Side)
- Process Management: Acting as the “glue” between client and candidate, managing interviews, debriefs, and feedback loops.
- Closing & Negotiation: Navigating complex salary discussions and counter-offers to ensure a successful placement.
