It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the heart of daytoday operations.Duties will include:Accurately inputting timesheets into the internal systemPreparing and running the monthly payroll using Sage PayrollManaging C.I.S returns and ensuring full HMRC complianceProcessing purchase and sales invoices in a timely and accurate mannerReconciling bank accounts, HMRC accounts, and credit card statementsPreparing supplier payment runs and managing payment schedulesSupporting credit control activities, including chasing outstanding debtsCompleting VAT returns, including Domestic Reverse Charge VATDaily use of Sage and Eque2 for finance and reporting tasksMaintaining accurate financial records and supporting management with any ad hoc reportingManaging staff holiday requests and maintaining accurate recordsAdministering the company pension schemeHandling staff expenses and ensuring compliance with company policiesProviding HR administration support, including issuing offer letters, employment contracts, pay rise notifications, and other HR related correspondenceAssisting with daytoday administrative duties to support the wider teamThe ideal candidate:Previous experience in payroll, accounts or general finance admin essentialWell organised and able to handle a variety of tasks and deadlinesGood communicator with strong attention to detail skillsHappy working independently and supporting the wider team Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
