Stores Operative with FLT

Location: Sandbach, Cheshire.Shifts: Monday to Friday (Choice of either AM or PM Shift pattern).Industry: Fabrication Specialist.Are you an experienced Stores Operative with a valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance certificate? Our client, a leading Fabrication Specialist based in Sandbach, Cheshire, is looking to recruit a Stores Operative to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities: Picking and sorting steel parts in a busy fabrication environment.Organising and managing stock within the stores area.Operating a Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) for material handling.Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed within the warehouse.Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting in stock audits. Requirements: FLT Reach and Counterbalance certificate is a must.Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role, preferably in a fabrication environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Shift Patterns: AM Shift: Mon to Thurs: 0600-1400, Fri: 0600-1200.PM Shift: Mon to Thurs: 1400-2200, Fri 1200-1800.
