Job Description We are currently recruiting for a part time Guest Services Host to join out team in the Belfast offices of a client in the financial services industry! Working alongside another Guest Services Host, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firms staff, as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all. Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Service Host will provide a friendly, larger than life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests. Hours: £10, 143 Salary: 16 Hours 8 – 5 Thurs & Friday  Qualifications We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients. They must have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.  The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, and must have had experience in a similar role.  Additional Information What’s in it for you?
