A fashion brand in Leeds is recruiting for a Wholesale & Marketplace Manager to join their growing business.
The Brand
They are an established fashion brand based in Leeds, currently going through an exciting period of growth. Operating across wholesale and digital marketplaces, they are looking for a Wholesale & Marketplace Manager to join their team, driving performance and expansion across key global platforms and partners.
The Role
- Own the commercial performance, strategic growth, and day-to-day operations of multiple digital marketplace accounts, ensuring strong sales, distribution, and brand visibility.
- Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities across the UK, Europe, and emerging territories, aligning with wider business growth strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leading on negotiations, joint business planning, and long-term account development.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketplace performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise trading, pricing, and product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Merchandising, Design, and Marketing to ensure effective assortment planning, product launches, and sell-through.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, pricing strategies, and regional customer behaviours.
- Lead sell-in meetings and present growth plans confidently to key stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience within marketplace or wholesale account management, with a strong understanding of digital marketplace dynamics
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence trading performance and P&L.
- Confident relationship builder with experience managing and growing key accounts and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels.
