We are currently supporting a leading independent healthcare provider in the UK with the appointment of a Specialist Oral Surgeon to join their growing surgical team.

The Role
You will be responsible for the assessment, management and treatment of patients requiring oral surgery procedures within a surgical centre setting.
- Deliver a range of oral surgery procedures under local anaesthetic and IV sedation
- Manage patients across outpatient and operative pathways
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, audit and patient safety
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
Procedures Include
- Simple and surgical tooth extractions
- Surgical removal of impacted teeth and wisdom teeth
- Coronectomy procedures
- Multiple extractions and full dental clearances
- Upper and lower dental clearance procedures
High procedural volume with strong earning potential depending on activity
Requirements
- GDC registered with Specialist Registration in Oral Surgery
- Relevant CCT or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a wide range of oral surgery procedures
- Competency in IV sedation (essential)
- Strong clinical judgement and patient-focused approach
