Purpose:

The Head of Residential Sales is responsible for leading and accelerating sales growth across Kinetico UK’s residential business. This role drives performance across multiple sales channels - including Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Dealer Network, Trade, Retail, and E-Commerce - ensuring strong revenue delivery, sustainable market expansion, and customer accessibility.

As a key member of the UK leadership team, the Head of Residential Sales will define and execute channel-specific strategies, lead a team of channel owners, and work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial Sales to maximise overall business performance. The role also plays a central part in developing new initiatives, expanding distribution opportunities, and strengthening Kinetico’s market presence within the UK residential water treatment sector.
