We’re looking for proven recruiters who want to operate on a freelance or contract basis—with the flexibility to run your desk your way, backed by our infrastructure, brand, and support.
This is ideal for recruiters who are:
- Already billing (or recently billed) consistently
- Sitting on strong client/candidate networks
- Frustrated with caps, splits, or lack of autonomy
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 or 180—your choice)
- Building and growing your own client base (or leveraging existing relationships)
- Delivering high-quality candidates across your specialist market
- Owning your desk like a business
