This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Regional Sales Manager role within a well‑established dermatology and skincare portfolio, leading a high‑performing field sales team across the UK North.


This role combines strategic thinking, hands‑on leadership and customer partnership. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, real ownership of your region and the chance to influence how the business grows in a competitive dermatology market.


The role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field‑based sales professionals, ensuring they have clarity of goals, the right resources and the motivation to consistently exceed targets. You will act as a senior commercial presence in your region, nurturing key accounts and KOL relationships across pharmacy, retail and medical settings.


You will work closely with marketing and account teams to bring strategy to life locally, translating national objectives into impactful regional plans.
