The Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate to join our Beauty team. This role is ideal for a true fragrance specialist with a deep passion for scent and proven perfumery experience. You will deliver personalised fragrance consultations, inspire customers through expert product knowledge, and drive sales through exceptional service. Acting as a fragrance authority on the floor, you will build lasting client relationships while maximising sales and commission potential.

About You:

• Proven experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance families, brands, and composition.
• Confident, engaging communicator with a client-focused mindset.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
