HR & Payroll Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-driven HR professional with strong payroll experience? We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering a seamless HR and payroll service across the business.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting the wider HR function across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and being a go-to person for employee queries.

THE ROLE

Payroll

  • Manage end-to-end monthly UK payroll for approximately 300 employees
  • Ensure payroll data is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies proactively
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries across the business
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and global mobility advisors
  • Partner with Finance and Tax teams on reporting and reconciliations
  • Support year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds

HR Administration

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries
  • Manage and maintain HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy
  • Support HR reporting, including gender pay gap reporting and data analysis
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR and payroll processes
  • Provide support to Recruitment and Learning & Development teams

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in payroll administration (UK payroll essential)
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  • Experience supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident working with HR systems and data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
