Reporting to the Director of Sales – UK & Ireland, this role is responsible for driving commercial performance and owning sales targets across a portfolio of lifestyle aparthotels in the London market.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will take full ownership of sales performance across a portfolio of five properties. You will be responsible for delivering revenue growth through a blend of strategic account management and proactive new business development. The role is based on property five days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing property-level sales strategies aligned with KPIs to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Owning and delivering B2B revenue performance with full accountability
- Driving approximately 25% of revenue through account management, identifying growth opportunities and maximising existing relationships
- Focusing 75% of your time on new business development, identifying, targeting, and securing high-value corporate clients
- Building and executing detailed account plans across multiple B2B channels including corporate clients, TMCs, serviced apartment agencies, consortia, and intermediaries
- Actively pursuing opportunities across corporate, group, M&E, and extended stay segments
- Collaborating with key account and wider commercial teams while retaining ownership of your individual targets
- Maintaining high standards of CRM usage, pipeline management, and data accuracy
The successful candidate will have;
- Previous hotel sales experience with an established network within the London market
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver against sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Confident negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
