Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of operations at a large, high-profile mixed-use destination in Manchester. As Operations Manager you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting ongoing improvements and future development. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys making a visible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
• Managing on-site teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality services
• Managing budgets, monitoring spend, and supporting financial processes
• Building strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partners
• Supporting site developments, refurbishments, and new tenant fit-outs
• Driving continuous improvement across operations, sustainability, and occupier experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations, facilities, or property management
• A confident leader with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results
