Package

• Salary £47,500
• Onsite role based in North Bristol
• 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service

The Role

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver and shape the people strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance and engagement
• Lead a small HR function with direct line management of one team member
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession initiatives
• Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and reporting

About You

• Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
• Strong UK employment law knowledge with practical application
• Experience working within a growing or evolving business
• Confident managing stakeholders and influencing at all levels
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
