Package
- Salary £47,500
- Onsite role based in North Bristol

The Role
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver and shape the people strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance and engagement
- Lead a small HR function with direct line management of one team member
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession initiatives
- Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and reporting
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
- Strong UK employment law knowledge with practical application
- Experience working within a growing or evolving business
- Confident managing stakeholders and influencing at all levels
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
