The Role:
As a Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, clients, and local authorities, contributing to the full planning lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities and consultants
- Supporting project delivery from inception through to approval
- Contributing to planning strategy and client advice
About You:
- Degree in Town Planning or related discipline
- Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
