Town Planner

The Role:

As a Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, clients, and local authorities, contributing to the full planning lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities and consultants
• Supporting project delivery from inception through to approval
• Contributing to planning strategy and client advice

About You:

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline
• Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
