LUXURY WOMENSWEAR & MADE-TO-MEASURE

£33K – £37K + COMMISSION

Are you a sales-driven luxury professional with a passion for womenswear, tailoring and delivering exceptional client experiences? This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious Mayfair store, working at the heart of British craftsmanship and refined style.

Outside The Box Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a distinguished luxury brand renowned for its craftsmanship, and bespoke services. This is your chance to become part of a highly skilled team, offering both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure solutions to a discerning clientele.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Retail / General Store Manager. Working closely with the tailoring team to deliver a seamless client journey.
  • Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a personalised, luxury experience to HNW & VIC clients.
  • Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Build and grow your client book through clientelling, outreach, and exceptional follow-up.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and tailoring services.
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems to build long-term relationships.
  • Support visual merchandising and uphold the highest standards of store presentation.
  • Collaborate with the tailoring and retail teams to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
  • A strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience or a keen interest in tailoring, garment construction, or made-to-measure services.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and styling skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A client-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • A proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Additional to the basic salary:
