Job Title: Business Development Manager – FX (London)

Location: London, UK (On-site / Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for a growing FX payments business in London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some FX sales experience who wants to develop their career in a fast-moving, supportive sales team. You’ll focus on winning new clients, building relationships, and helping businesses manage their foreign exchange needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and reach out to potential clients (calls, email, networking, events)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Speak with businesses to understand their FX needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Manage deals from first contact through to closing
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and track your progress
  • Work with internal teams to onboard and support clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in FX sales, FX brokerage, or a related area (around 1+ year is fine)
  • Confidence speaking to new clients and generating business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, target-driven mindset
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Based in London or able to relocate

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Any existing network in finance, payments, or international business
  • Basic understanding of FX markets
