Sales Advisor – Chelmsford £13.50 per hour + uncapped bonus (typically up to £300 per month) 30 hours per week – Thurs to Sun

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for every customer
- Selling premium fitness equipment in person, over the phone and via Live Chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
- Demonstrating equipment and explaining product features and apps
- Working 30 hours per week (Thurs–Sun, including Bank Holidays), with overtime available to cover holidays and sickness
What you’ll bring
- A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- The ability to upsell, cross‑sell and guide customers through the full sales journey
- Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses
- A genuine interest in fitness and helping people choose the right equipment
