Sales Executive – Commercial Finance

Bolton (Office-Based, Monday–Friday)

My client is a growing commercial finance broker and lender who are looking to expand its sales team with the addition of ambitious Sales Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the commercial finance sector, particularly those who are confident communicators and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective businesses, introducing financial products and services, and identifying new opportunities.

Your primary focus will be outbound B2B calling, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the broker team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Introduce and promote the company’s products and services
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Book appointments for the broker team
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects where required
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Support the wider team in generating new business

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous (but not essential)
