ER Advisor (Immediate Start Fixed-Term Contract)
A leading UK organisation operating in a complex, high-profile environment is seeking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a high-performing team on a FTC basis.
The Role
You will act as a trusted advisor managing highly sensitive and business-critical ER queries across a large, operationally diverse organisation. With direct influence on reputational risk, cost mitigation, and legal exposure, this is a role for a professional with credibility and gravitas.
You will:
- Shape and drive a positive workplace culture across the organisation.
- Resolve ER queries via phone, email, and face-to-face, providing clear and practical advice.
- Offer expertise on ER processes and Employment Policy.
- Identify trends and proactively support cultural and behavioural improvements.
- Improve line manager capability through identification of development needs and provision of feedback on an individual basis, sharing learning.
- Operate with autonomy while embedded within a highly collaborative and high-performing team.
- Drive consistency, ensuring advice and decisions are applied fairly and in line with best practice and organisational standards.
Key Skills:
