You’ll play a key role in shaping both client relationships and the agency’s future direction – not just managing projects, but influencing ideas and outcomes.
Description
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, leading on key accounts while driving strategic and creative excellence across every stage of delivery.
You will:
- Own and grow senior client relationships, becoming a go-to advisor
- Lead on integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery
- Translate business challenges into compelling creative briefs
- Proactively identify opportunities, shaping ideas and proposals
- Manage budgets, retainers, and overall account performance
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on brief
- Support and mentor junior team members
This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence both the work and how it’s delivered.
Experience
- Experience in a creative or integrated agency (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record delivering campaigns across brand, digital or content
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Commercial awareness, including budgeting and account growth
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- A strategic mindset with strong creative judgement
Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, clean-tech, automotive or technology would be advantageous.
Remuneration
- £40-45k depending on experience
- Hybrid and flexible working (3 days in the office)
- Clear progression to Account Director
