We’re working with a growing and dynamic law firm looking to hire a Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy Property team in Luton.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ experience to step into a hands-on role with real responsibility, supporting a solicitor while managing your own caseload.
The Role
You’ll be joining a fast-paced Property team, managing a caseload of 80–100 files under supervision while supporting on a variety of transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
- Opening files and taking initial instructions from clients
- Raising enquiries on sales and purchases
- Drafting reports on title, search summaries, and client correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Supporting a solicitor across a busy and varied workload
About You
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within a Residential Property / Conveyancing team
- Confident managing a high-volume caseload under supervision
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to develop further
