We’re looking for a Creative Packaging & Print Designer to join our in-house creative team and play a key role in bringing our product vision to life, from concept to customer.

Reporting to the Art and Design director, as Creative Packaging & Print Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing innovative, on-brand packaging and print assets across our cosmetics and beauty ranges. You’ll work closely with our in-house design team, product development, marketing, and creative teams to produce packaging that is visually striking, commercially viable, and production-ready.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both beauty branding and the technical realities of print and packaging production.

-Design creative, high-impact packaging for beauty products (primary and secondary packaging)

-Develop print assets including PR boxes, inserts, campaign print, POS, and promotional materials

-Design TikTok Live and Launch sets

-Take projects from concept and mood boards through to final print-ready artwork

-Manage multiple packaging projects and launches simultaneously

-Ensure all work aligns with P.Louise brand guidelines and visual identity

-Review proofs, manage amends, and support the product development process

Essential:

  • Proven experience in packaging and print design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing packaging (beauty preferred but not essential)
  • Expert in the Adobe creative suite, especially Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of print production, colour, and artwork setup
  • Experience working with dielines and packaging specs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a high-output creative environment

Salary £40-45k
