About the Role
This is an opportunity to join the lender’s growing sales function and play a key role in building relationships with brokers and introducers across the market. Depending on your experience, you will either work as a field-based BDM developing relationships face-to-face, or as a Telephone BDM supporting brokers, generating opportunities and managing deals from enquiry through to completion.
You’ll work closely with underwriting and operations teams to deliver a smooth broker experience, helping position the lender as a trusted partner in the bridging finance space. For ambitious individuals, there is clear scope to grow within the business as the sales team expands.
