Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? We’re partnering with a forward-thinking healthcare provider seeking a confident and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to oversee two specialist residential services supporting adults with complex mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing strong operational and clinical leadership across two services
- Driving quality and compliance in line with CQC standards
- Coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Overseeing staffing, budgets, and day-to-day service performance
- Ensuring robust governance, documentation, and regulatory adherence
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Proven track record managing mental health residential services
- In-depth understanding of CQC frameworks and quality standards
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee multiple services with clarity and control
