Graduate Manufacturing Process Engineer

Escape Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturing business to hire a Graduate Manufacturing Process Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career, working on real process improvement projects while gaining hands-on shopfloor experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting process improvement, yield and scrap reduction projects
• Assisting with new product introduction from R&D into production
• Contributing to manufacturing scale-up and continuous improvement
• Gaining hands-on experience with quality and production teams

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering or Science degree
• Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in manufacturing
• Good communication skills

Nice to have (not essential):

• Internship or placement in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement
