Quality Control Analyst

SRG is partnering with a global leader in chemical manufacturing to recruit a QC Analyst for their busy and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned name in the industry and contribute to high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 12 month contract role with a strong chance of extension or being made permanent.

The Role

• Perform high-throughput QC analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other wet chemistry techniques
• Carry out swabbing and hygiene monitoring across the plant
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards
• Analyse and interpret results accurately
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• HND or degree in a relevant scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC is essential
• Proven track record in HPLC, LC-MS, or GC analysis within an industrial setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
