NetSuite / ERP Systems Analyst
Role Overview
Responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of an ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring it meets business needs and drives efficient processes across the organisation. Focused on system improvements, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provided day-to-day administration and support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, HR, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
- Configured system components such as workflows, fields, dashboards, and saved searches
- Supported end users by resolving queries and promoting best-practice system usage
- Delivered user training sessions, onboarding, and adoption initiatives
- Assisted with change management activities, including impact assessments and user readiness
