About the Role

We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruiter on a fixed-term basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across operational and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Manage agency relationships where required, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions
• Support workforce planning and forecasting activities
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with company policies and employment legislation
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract talent within the food manufacturing sector

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environments is highly desirable
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced setting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
