Sync Dental is looking for an experienced, patient-focused dentist to join our well-established and soon to be refurbished practice in the vibrant community of West Byfleet. As a valued member of our team, you’ll work in a modern, mixed (predominantly private) practice equipped with the latest technology, including an iTero scanner, OPG, digital x-rays, and intra-oral cameras.

Here’s what we offer:

• A well-established and loyal patient base, nurtured by an existing dentist and ready for you to continue their care
• The support of a highly experienced team, including dentists, specialists, hygienists, and dedicated staff such as a Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Manager
• A competitive UDA rate, tailored to your experience, with a realistic and achievable target of 70 UDAs per month
• Exceptional private earning potential — up to £30,000 per month
• A balanced and flexible schedule, working 2 days a week with the option of some weekends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of dental experience
• NHS performer number required.
