The Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Contract Technical Recruiter / Tech Lead / Engineering manager to take ownership of our engineering hiring pipeline over the next 3 months.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong technical understanding who can confidently assess candidate quality early, streamline our hiring process, and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated candidate experience.
You will work closely with hiring managers to vet candidates, conduct initial technical screening, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
