Senior / Principal Associate – Corporate (Real Estate Focus) | London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Real Estate Associate to join a high-performing, nationally recognised corporate team at a leading UK law firm.
This role sits within a dynamic and growing practice advising on complex, high-value transactions, with a particular focus on indirect real estate and investment structures. You’ll work closely with a collaborative partner group on headline deals across the UK and internationally.
The Role
- Lead and support on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
- M&A
- Private equity deals
- Joint ventures
- Group restructurings
- Play a key role in real estate-driven corporate structures and investments
- Work directly with partners and clients on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong corporate background with solid technical expertise
- Experience (or interest) in indirect real estate transactions, funds, or JV structures
- Familiarity with LP, LLP, or JPUT structures (desirable, not essential)
- Confidence to lead transactions with appropriate partner support
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Driven to build long-term client relationships and develop sector expertise
